How Did the Breach Occur?
There were two separate data breaches one month apart that both hit Imagine360. The first was a breach in the file-sharing tool Citrix, and the second was a breach in the file-sharing tool GoAnywhere. Between these two breaches a substantial amount of personal and health-related data was lost.
When Did This Breach Occur?
The data breaches occurred on January 20, 2023, for Citrix and February 3, 2023, for Fortra's GoAnywhere service. The breaches were less than one month apart, and they were focused on third-party tools, but they resulted in substantial amounts of lost data from Imagine360 LLC.
Who Does the Breach Impact?
Over 125,000 individuals were exposed by this data breach. Employees at companies throughout the country, and especially in Pennsylvania, were put at risk by this stolen data.
How Many Files Does the Breach Affect?

We only know that more than 125,000 people were impacted by the data loss and that a large number of people could be victims of identity theft because their information was exposed.
