The Mindpath Health data breach occurred because one or more individuals broke into two separate Mindpath Health email accounts and accessed the documents within. During this breach, several private documents were accessed, and confidential information may have been exposed.

When Did This Breach Occur?

Mindpath Health employee emails were accessed by an unauthorized party in March and June of 2022. This unauthorized access wasn't discovered until November 15, 2022.
